Description
This invention relates to a method for preparing a phosphorous-doped graphene electrode that is used in various fields such as energy storage systems, medicine, electronic devices, optoelectronics, and sensor technologies. The method includes filling an electrochemical cell with an electrolyte solution containing phosphorus and/or phosphorus-containing functional groups, preparing a graphite-containing working electrode and immersing it in the electrochemical cell, applying a potential that is periodically changed with a potentiostat, controlling the potential on the working electrode through a reference electrode, recording the potential applied to the working electrode and counter electrode through a computer, and obtaining a phosphorous-doped graphene oxide by electrochemically reducing graphite-containing working electrode with anodic potentials in a one-step single-step voltamogram
