Description

The invention is based on creating a "Quantitative Phase Imaging" system that can measure nano-mechanical disruptions on cells using acoustic pressure waves. The images obtained can measure cell stiffness and characterize the pathophysiological properties of cancerous cells. This method, which does not use direct mechanical interaction, aims to image the characteristic vibration patterns created by acoustic vibration waves on cancerous samples
