About InsurTech

Who are we?

We are a strong network that brings together professionals dedicated to creating value for the insurance and technology ecosystem. Our focus is on developing result-oriented strategies, projects, and services that leverage technology to shape the insurance industry and foster the growth of ideas. With numerous projects and collaborations both domestically and internationally, we are located in Istanbul, which is Turkey's most advanced city and welcomes people from all around the world. As a member of the Global Insurtech Alliance, we are actively involved in various global sectoral developments, particularly in Turkey. Our mentor and expert network consists of over 20 corporate members, experienced entrepreneurs, senior executives, investors, and academics.

What Are We Doing?

InsurTech Hub, we have been carrying out technology and innovation studies for the development of the insurance industry within Yıldız Teknopark since 2019. Contributing to the discovery, development, growth and globalization of Insurtech startups and making them available to the insurance industry is the core business of Insurtech Hub. We organize global events, meet-ups, start-up acceleration programs, roundtable meetings and committees in order to increase the interaction and awareness of insurtech in the insurance industry. We enable the development of start-ups and scale-ups with Start-up Mentoring Programs and Acceleration Programs. In order to contribute to the innovation work of our members, we support their development by organizing committee work with the solutions we provide for their technological innovation needs. In cases where the initiatives and technologies within the country are insufficient, we offer this service in our country by bringing the desired solution from all over the world.

Global Insurtech Alliance

Bringing together insurtech ecosystems around the world, the Global Insurtech Alliance (GITA) creates a global ecosystem with a mission to promote the use of data, analytics and technology in insurance and capital risk management. Insurtech Hub Istanbul; It is one of the founding members working with similar organizations in Asia, Australia, New Zealand and Europe.
