The Innovation Acceleration Group (IAG) is a leading organization. The group's manager is a well-known international serial entrepreneur. He has expertise in various fields including 3D printing, rapid prototyping, business software, cloud computing and consumer internet. He has also been the co-founder, CEO, and COO of many early-stage and growth-stage technology start-ups for over 20 years.


The IAG team also includes someone who serves as the group's vice president and program director. This person has gained experience in various jobs in international environments and has also worked in a start-up focused technology platform. This team helps entrepreneurs and corporate innovators apply Lean methodologies to their innovative ideas.


Another member, who also works at IAG, previously worked for a leading company and managed entrepreneurial ventures. He is also a founding board member of a global enterprise. Currently, this person is working on a Smart Village business accelerator prototype for e-commerce, energy and healthcare startups in India.

Scaling Startup Ecosystems

In the Scaling Startup Ecosystems program, IAG works with governments and institutions to teach teams of entrepreneurs with ideas, how to develop the skills necessary to validate and scale the business models. IAG teaches an evidence-based methodology, teaching the entrepreneurs proven processes to validate hypotheses about their business; pivot when necessary based on real life customer feedback and gather metrics that mater to investors.

Build and execute, or move on

Teams that don’t have a viable product are able to pivot or move on to a new project, applying what they’ve learned to their work within the company. Likewise, teams that discover they have a viable product or business model are able to move into Phase 2. During Phase 2, your teams will fine-tune the parts of the business model canvas that are the most relevant to your company’s innovation goals, while building a Minimum Useful Demo (MUD). This narrow focus helps the teams bring their ideas closer to reality. Teams discover customer pain points and what it takes to turn their product into a must-have rather than a nice-to-have.
