Bilgiyi Ticarileştirme Merkezi (BTM) was established as a foundation by the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce with the aim of commercializing innovative business ideas to provide added value to our country. BTM ensures the transformation of ideas into viable business models by offering a range of services to entrepreneurs completely free of charge. These services include training and seminars, mentor support, investor matchmaking, demo day events where entrepreneurs pitch in front of investors, Istanbul Chamber of Commerce Committee collaborations, 24/7 office facilities, and one-on-one consultations. BTM operates as a subsidiary of the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce, which comprises 81 professional committees and over 700,000 members.

Its vision is to strengthen Istanbul's trade, industry, and employment, along with its innovation and entrepreneurial capacity, by elevating its global position through the commercialization of knowledge, becoming a leading organization in these fields worldwide. Its mission is to enhance Istanbul's potential in innovation and entrepreneurship on a global scale, conduct knowledge commercialization activities, and harmonize all components within a single platform, creating value generation mechanisms in various disciplines. BTM provides professional support for the success of entrepreneurs and strives to contribute to the commercialization of innovative business ideas, thereby adding value to the national economy and business community.
